｢調査拒否に罰則が今はない」、とか推進派は言うが、
｢調査に協力しなければ人権委員会に不利益に事実認定される」、との運用になれば
事実上、調査を拒否できなくなり、事実上の強制力を持つ。

とにかく、差別の定義が著しく曖昧だから、
どんな恣意的運用もできる。

たとえば、刑事事件で在日が容疑者となり、警察・検察が逮捕・起訴したら、
被告人の在日が｢人種差別だ！」と叫んで人権委員会に持ち込み、
人権委員会が、検察に、即時の身柄釈放と公訴の取下げを勧告する、
こんなことだって法律の条文上、十分に可能。　
　
また、君が代不起立教師に対する懲戒処分は有効、と最高裁判決で確定しているが
この法案が成立すれば、君が代不起立で処分された教師は、
もう訴訟などせず、｢思想・信条による差別だ！」として人権委員会に持ち込み、
人権委員会は直ちに、学校に対して懲戒処分の取消を勧告するだろう。

要するにこの法律は、在日やサヨクが、
訴訟だと思いどおりにならないので、
自分達のお仲間だけでやりたい放題できる、そんな法律。

断固、阻止。
こんな法案が成立したら、日本の社会秩序自体が崩壊する。
